Ceilidh Ann Halloran is a Consultant Psychologist registered in Hong Kong and Australia. She is an Associate Fellow of the Hong Kong Psychological Society and a Full Member of the Australian Psychological Society. She currently serves as President of the Psychotherapy Society of Hong Kong and served as a council member of the Hong Kong Psychological Society from 2006-2009.

Ms Halloran commenced practice as a psychologist in Sydney, Australia. Subsequently she qualified as a Barrister-at-Law in the United Kingdom and practised law until moving to Hong Kong in 1999. Ms Halloran has been in practice as a psychologist in Hong Kong since 2001. She specialises in the following areas:

  • Psychotherapy with individuals, couples and families.
  • Expert Witness Services - Family Court, Child Custody and Access.
  • Individual and Group Corporate Training and Coaching.
  • Supervision and continuing professional development courses for mental health and legal practitioners.
